Ways we wig our mom out...

The similarities between our oldest, Brady, and youngest, Peyton, are striking. In fact, Peyton, when shown pictures of Brady his age, identifies the kid as himself. It's like having identical twins separated by four years. If any of you are a spokesman for the National Inquirer, feel free to shoot me an email and we can set up an interview.

When Brady was four, he was playing outside and was whacked just above his left eye with a water mug. He now has a scar there.

Peyton, who is now four, was whacked just above his left eye by Avery's body while wrestling at their grandparents. He is now working on a scar there. (It's ok to scroll back up to see Brady's scar better now. I did it too.)

Whoa.

And here's my Ave. He looks like me, lucky fella. He's shaking things up, doing his own thing, with a brand new scratch on his chin.

I'm a mom to three rambunctious boys, a wife to a wonderful man, and a radiology resident. I basically write about my twisted world of medicine and motherhood and enjoy spouting off about things I probably know little about. Most of all, I'm trying to document at least a small percentage of these wonderful memories my boys and I are creating.
